A coach, is somebody that sells you on your self. Somebody that convinces you that you can do something that you don’t believe you can.
Can I help you to run a faster 5k? Yes. Can I help you safely transition to a plant-based diet? Yes. But the area that I really excel in is dealing with challenge. If you are feeling stuck and can’t seem to get yourself into action, or you can’t take the steps necessary to achieve your goals, I can help.
I try to be as efficient as possible when coaching – I want to give you what you need in the shortest time possible, so as not to overwhelm you with too much information or waste your money. I will help you to discover the root of your challenge and faciliate you in taking the steps necessary to move through it.
What you will get from our coaching relationship
Insight into your current situation and patterns of behavior.
Tools and skill development, to help you get into action.
A safe environment without judgment.
Guidance, mentorship, compassion and moral support
The tools that I’ve created work.
I know because I use them every day.
Effective communication must contain:
Have you ever received good advice that you were unable to follow? Has someone ever recommended a lifestyle change that you found to be unsustainable? Have you ever wanted something in your life, but found you couldn’t achieve it alone?
Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of endless bad advice to determine what tools will work best for you.
What a recent client said:
“Game changer doesn’t even begin to describe it.”
“Tim is a genius, guru and kung-fu master of the brain all rolled up into one amazing human being. Thanks to him, I got into motion. I stayed in motion. My depression and anxiety melted away… and a whole world of amazing new possibilities opened up. I don’t know how it works, but it’s not really about running… it’s about giving your mind the food it needs to perform AND interpret the world in a whole new way. And boy – it works!”
